How crypto deposits and withdrawals work
Crypto payments require the asset and network to match exactly. A wrong network or address can make a transfer irreversible.
The market price of a digital asset changes independently of the casino, so its fiat equivalent may move between creation and confirmation of a payment.
Some networks credit a transfer only after a required number of blockchain confirmations.
Copy the address from the current cashier session and compare its first and last characters.
Select exactly the network shown next to the receiving address.
Include the wallet network fee when checking whether the final amount stays above the deposit minimum.
Keep the transaction hash until the account status is final.

Do not reuse an old receiving address without checking current cashier instructions.
If a transfer is delayed, inspect it in the correct block explorer first and then provide the TXID to support.
Withdrawals can still be subject to KYC and asset-specific limits shown in the cashier.
